Nasi Tomato

When I pregnant Amanda I really crazy Nasi Tomato with Ayam masak merah. Everyday lunch must 'ta pau'. After eat really feel satisfaction. End up my little princess too crazy with Nasi Tomato. In Sabah..i can't find people selling nasi tomato so....when she said Mama i miss Nasi Tomato....I told her Mama will try cook...first time fail...this time, finally she said YUMMY....I so happy. After search n search internet I finally make it. Da da...

(Hubby n my favourate ......)I prepared...hubby say yummy...I don't know how to name it in either English or Mandarin. A must in CNY for our family called 'man kuang cha'.super delicious !!!!!

This is also back , back dated post because I am down with diarrhea, flu, cough and sore throat recently and still on anti biotic.(very worry specially pregnant).

Forgot the date when we cooked this ...actually different date.hahaha

Pork Belly Soup



Last Saturday, my manage to cook another my family super favourite soup...first time and i success!!!! yahooooo!!!! is...delicious and my kids say YUMMY.

Simple n delicious....and remember ask the butcher to clean the pork belly for you and u will save lotsss of headache.

花生鸡汤 (Peanut Chicken Soup)

Finally, finally...i able to cook after few months down with sickness.I am sooooooo happy when i see my kids drink the soup and keep asking for another bowl of soup some more keep saying...'Mama i like this soup...is yummy.'Amituofo...

I get the recipe from Qi Qi in the house...thank you very much Qi Qi. Due to the soup finish very fast...i am too happy til forgot to take photo(so borrow the photo from QiQi blog) sorry QiQi i paste without yr permission ya....

Instead of chicken legs, i put almost whole 'kampung chicken'.

Penang 'Wan Tan Mee'



Finally, I successfully cook the Penang taste "Wan Tan Mee' for my two princesses. Although I only put pork minced. The gravy really Penang taste....yummy.

我的两菜一汤 Home Cooked on Saturday (Lunch)


My cooking mood coming back. I went to market this morning and able to prepare lunch for hubby who work half day today. Everybody said yummy and hubby reward me for a rest to eat outside tonight. Thanks hubby.

Green carrot soup with cuttle fish and meat. (this is first time i saw this green carrot in Sabah, nice)

我的两菜一汤


This is a post dated blog that after the moody mood of me ,i thought that i unable to cook that night dinner but for the kids and hubby, i try i very best to prepare 两菜一汤 and 味道还不错呢!

My favorite braised turnip with pork slices but without dried cuttlefish and mushrooms.(sorry hubby next time i will put the mushrooms and cuttlefish ya)

Kids favorite 'bayam' and 'mee sua' soup.

I'm back and already start nagging but still easily tired.

Lazy MaMa dinner

Simple daily lunch

Nowaday hubby will come home to take his lunch because from house to office takes only 5-7 min. Hopefully it will sharpen my cooking skills....

My 'Lam Mee'....


With the help of my 'pe nin'(hainanese means aunty)through phone, I manage to cook my first 'Lam Mee'. Dah dah....not bad for first timer but still need to improve. My kids and hubby say ' Yummy'. That's make my effort worth it...he he
